וְאִשְׁתּ֣וֹ הַיְהֻדִיָּ֗ה יָלְדָ֞ה אֶת־יֶ֨רֶד אֲבִ֤י גְדוֹר֙ וְאֶת־חֶ֙בֶר֙ אֲבִ֣י שׂוֹכ֔וֹ וְאֶת־יְקֽוּתִיאֵ֖ל אֲבִ֣י זָנ֑וֹחַ וְאֵ֗לֶּה בְּנֵי֙ בִּתְיָ֣ה בַת־פַּרְעֹ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר לָקַ֖ח מָֽרֶד׃ (ס)
און זײַן װײַב פֿון יהודה האָט געבאָרן יֶרֶד דעם פֿאָטער פֿון גדוֹר, און חֶבֿר דעם פֿאָטער פֿון שׂוֹכוֹ, און יקותיאֵל דעם פֿאָטער פֿון זָנוֹח – און דאָס זײַנען די זין פֿון בתיָה דער טאָכטער פֿון פַּרעהן, װאָס מֶרֶד האָט גענומען.
Exodus
Pharaoh’s daughter went down to bathe by the river, while her maids walked along the river’s edge. She saw the box among the reeds and sent her maid and she fetched it.
